Yay Tractor is a multi-disciplinary team with backgrounds in writing, communications design and filmmaking. We devise, design and manage content across multiple platforms including web-based projects, copywriting, printed communications, community engagment, documentary film and transmedia art collaborations.

WILLIAM HEAD
William is a media director, graphic designer and curator with degrees in Media Studies, Political Economy and Documentary Filmmaking. He has worked in communications and marketing studios in Edinburgh, Sydney, Amsterdam and Melbourne. His films have screened internationally and won a number of awards. William is also a founding producer and curator of Don't You Have Docs? – a national and online short film screening program: www.dontyouhavedocs.com. He is also the program director of the Generation Next Documentary Conference

PENELOPE CHAI
Penelope is a writer and researcher. She is co-creator of Clothing for Correspondence: www.clothingforcorrespondence.com and has had fiction and nonfiction published in various magazines and literary journals. In 2009 she was shortlisted for the inaugural Lord Mayor’s Creative Writing Award. She's worked as a researcher on various projects including the ABC transmedia project Re-enchantment, biographical documentary Michael Kirby – Don't Forget the Justice Bit and the upcoming Love & Fury. She also writes and edits copy for print and web marketing material.
