Rekindling Venus is an augmented reality artwork by immersive installation artist Lynette Walworth and producer Sue Maslin. It is a colony of artworks using digital platforms to connect us to the world's coral reefs and the ecological urgency of climate change. A series of posters depicting bleached coral were developed. When viewed with an iPhone the user would experience these posters in 3D with the coral changing colour to show how they would look under UV light. Under direction from Lynette, Yay Tractor created the poster designs for the artwork. The project was launched as part of the 2011 Adelaide Film Festival.
